Estroe because he treats everyone the same and he's helpful. I got muted earlier this year by him but it was deserved imo xD
Definitely not fixer, lots of complaints about him taking 1$ from everyone in the server. Its only 1$ but seriously

haha. You guys should laugh at that. It's like only $1. Surely he doesn't mean to "abuse" on people. That's why he just "steals" $1. It's just a joke.
My first vote goes for Matthias. Not only because he got promoted but also because he really worked for a better LVP.
You forgot to add tBKwtWS. Perhaps you don't use to see him ingame because he plays mainly at night.
I really think that at least ingame tBKwtWS was the best management, however all them are good.
I notice that tBKwtWS usually tries to talk with people, explaining what they have to do or not, instead of showing only the yellow messages. (I'm not saying the other administrator/management didn't do it correctly, but I think tBKwtWS has been better.)
My vote will not go to tBKwtWS only because actually estroe and Dennis were more active than tBKwtWS. And one more time, both made a great job. This vote will go for Dennis because I think he deals better with the harder situations in CSI section.
