And it's pretty hilarious, since most of the überlaggers, (as Carcass said, people who lag even jumping for example), have the lowest pings, (80-150), and some people still relates ping with lag.
Now, according to Maddolis' post, I think it's not that easy to upgrade a PC, starting from the fact that most of the LVP community (afaik) is underage, which means they still depend on their parents; also, we gotta remember that part of that lag is actually caused by the server, because it has infinite features, a lot of code to be executed, and you'll not have that lag in other minor servers (ex [BA] for example), so it's not totally hardware's fault, considering I can dare saying I have such a good PC and still lag in certain moments.

Technically ping is information showing lag/latency, so it is actually related to lag, but warping and fps lag are the troublesome ones.

Warping is related to your latency. There's only one other way to cause it that I know of and it's a glitch that's only possible to interpret with an old(ish) computer. If you see someone warping, then you have also warped for them. It depends on who knows how to counter the problem better who gets their shot(s) in, meaning the better deathmatcher.

I've played with people who've somehow been able to warp on command, which I think has to do with the amount of pics they take as they are running away.

yes, for the short period of time your game "freezes" when you take a screenshot, you are unhittable and unvulnerable, and for your opponent it looks like ur warping.
