If you're unsure about when to pulse. When that thing doesn't show numbers anymore but redish symbols you should pulse.

3am GMT, in other words after 4am dutch time (gmt+1).

It doesn't matter, as long as it's some time after 3am GMT, but for you it's about 5AM/6AM.
