still very much in the early stages i see, i am a web author, so prehaps i can give u a few tips, did u make this writing the html urself, if so download dreamweaver, it will be alot easier. Maybe add some flash to jazz it up a bit, i can make flash animations for you, mybe on the opening page, or wenever a link is opened. A media section would be nice, with signatures, wallpapers and video's...etc. i see nothing on rivalries or allies. And an up2date news section would give reason for members and allies to keep coming back. If u decide on any of the ideas, i can give u help and guidence throughout.

That website sucks okay, even this www.totalepicfailure.com is better.
No offence but start in photoshop "websiteview" then fix some codes and css in dreamweaver, then either copy and write other content or use iframes.
After maybe a month it might look like mine www.aRc.nxserve.net
