There's hills and mountains around LA also, so I wouldn't be shocked if it was strictly LA, however SF and LV would be awesome also!

Yeah might be. What if it's the whole SA, but LV and SF comes out later as DLC? (like "ballad of gay tony"/"lost and damned"-style)
