I know that much my friend but there is something wrong with it, You can't see other players Aliases(as an admin)

I have made a change to allow administrators see aliases of other players. They will not be able to make changes to other people's aliases in-game, as these users are logged in and are able to do that themselves.

It does require the other player to be a VIP. Aliases are a perk for VIPs, and should not be granted to other players unless there's a sound reason to make an exception. IRC works well as a medium for those.
