Im not going to listen to a guy simply because hes bigger, and i also do crunches at different angles. I went to a gym to meet up with this guy and my cousin, my cousin and i both beat him at arm wrestles despite his wrists being the size of my bicep. If he was a personal trainer maybe i would of took his advice, but other then that, i aint listening cos everyones needs are different.
