I got router Wireles...
I went with my laptop at a friend and tryed to connect to facebook.com from my laptop and didn't work....

So it's something on your computer that's blocking it. Try disabling any antivirus software and your firewall, see if it makes a difference.
If it does, disable them one at a time to see which it is.
If not, you probably have a virus which is preventing you from accessing certain sites. Run a virus scan.

Try booting into safe modus and see if it works from there.

It will most likely take us longer to find the problem and help you fix it than just re-formatting your laptop.
Get your Windows CD (or acquire one, say, in an unorthodox way), boot off it, then follow the instructions given. You might want to back up the stuff you want to keep first.
