Let's say I got this shitty laptop, but the only mods I'm running is a lag reducing one (another one than this), will it help? What does this actually do?

works for me like in areas(ship) i was gettin around 16fps now its steady at 25 fps

I just use a low detail mod and i used a GTA Shrinker program

Updated it with what seems to be a better working version. At least, for me.
Be sure to backup the ones you already have in case it makes it worse.
