It's not really visible due to the lag...
But afaik, it's the turning. And when you constantly turn, you won't notice it maybe, but if you're fighting and people can turn very quick whereas you can't, they gain an advantage.

i see what u mean but seriously theres nuthing to it.ony about 0.1 secs. but i dont think im goin to win this arguement.but i post something on the forums i got 5 replys one of which sed the samp dev team had nuthing to do with skin speeds and that scripter of the server can do something about it.

i love this server very much was the first server i played with my friend till he got bored of samp i then i had a brake from it and came back with the skins taken off i hate having to go to some of the shitty servers just play as one skin.but could u do one thing try get it sorted plz

As long as it is faster, it won't be in, so no, I can't do anything about it.
There's loads of skins, just take another.

Right, so the blonde guy is a fast skin. Cool. I'll go through every single skin ID and remove every skin that has blonde hair then.
