I read somewhere that this person isn't the one who owns the current account on youtube. The article I read explained that the kid originally posted the videos but later removed them. Someone had saved the vids, and created this new account with the posted videos.
Could be rumor, could be fact.

He's living with Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome. The disease is rare and affected children show symptoms of accelerated aging. Most children with this disease do not survive to be a teenager, but some have lived long happy lives with the help of medicine.
