Before my ping was 100 exatly! no its below 90! But sometimes my ping can jump from 87 to 150, its not my computers at home, DDoS?

Since last week mine changed from 120-160 to 200-250 And no , my isp hasn't changed anything. I called them they said that there is no network error and that everythings fine. What now?

Seems to be when the server has over 35/40 people that it starts lagging a bit.
