All games will die eventually.

That has to do with the fact that well... let me explain...
When a game is realeased. a lot of players want to play it, because it is new, challenging and F*ckin awesome. But, those people get older, school, girlfriend, jobs and eventually marriage, children, etc...
People have their responsibilities and realise they can't spend hours and hours playing games.

When the older people stop playing only a few young people start playing that same game, most young fresh gamers start to play on newer games. For example, GTA4 is out now so youngsters are more likely to start playing that game than san andreas, so eventually the game will sort of 'dry out'.

What about cs 1.6? It's 8 years old and still having the LARGEST community there ever was / is / or ever will be in any kind of game. And it's so repetetive and the graphics suck. Then tell me , what does a 8yearold game have that sa-mp doesnt have? This is a strong arguement to those who say that old games aren't played anymore. Just look at cs team battling it out in tournaments for multi-thousand dollar prizes.

Agreed, I still haven't figured out what's the key to CS success, never played it, but hear it's still around and quite popular.
