My FC kills doesn't get saved after I log out and stay out of game for more than ten minutes, but before I used to get this bug, I got until the 400 FC kill achievement, so is it still on my finished achievements list, or it have been removed due to the FC bug ?

You can check it with /my achievements commands (I think there was such..).
Yeah, I had the 500fc-kills achievement, but right now I only have 20 fc kills, so they must've restarted somehow.

It will cost you a hell lot of time in jail to reach that ammount of lame kills.

I had over 900 and completed the achievement but after that i lost all my fc kills so i ask for it but in that same day i lost it!
