Of course he does, the topic starter is someone who isn't even in the clan, someone else (in the clan) needs to be the topic starter so he can keep it up to date.

Let's just hope he doesn't quit again after getting bored of leading, apply to UvH and ''ragequit'' the clan when people aren't completely friendly to him. (He keeps denying he ''ragequitted'' but he did).
