Rules of sa-mp clearly state that [BB] elite brothers are to be given 1 (one) cookie on promotion and 3 (three) cookies on demotion, if such a motion is executed.

Meh, Balthazor did the same thing at least 15 times, but who cares?
There's no further need to use pics to prove anything unless its in retalliation to RT/BB using pics.
