Well yeah it is 'that guy', but at that time he was full UvH member, no trial. He applied again some weeks ago, and I decided to give him a second (and last) chance.

I am happy to announce that another Hooligan is born.
Not just Rozpru and Athene returned. KrAyZiE is back now. We used to pwn shit on the servers of 0.1b 1.5 years ago, and so are we doing now since he has come back.
We know he is loyal, (the fact that he still wants to play under UvH tag after so many months of inactivity shows his loyalism) we decided to skip the trial stuff, and so I'm glad to welcome:
