The thing is when shoe, Terror, Nerd, Gang_Lord and bomberteo were active, they'd still recruit randoms (never recruited "accomplished" or experienced fighters, apart from No_M3rcy at one point), but fighting with the higher ranking HC4L, me and some others would train them up against tough enemies, so that they would become strong (which is where Gang_Lord and bomberteo started, although this was a while ago). Recently there's only really been bomberteo, or no other experienced fighters to really push them along the right track. Their recruiting never was the same after shoe and Terror's most recent perm bans.
