99.99% sure a false positive.
SA-MP uses some process injection which is also used by various viruses/trojans, as Kye describes here: http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=61138.msg406215#msg406215
Ad-Aware thinks this is some kind of trojan, and maybe some other spyware scanners.

yeah 7/32 scanners this it is a virus

Well if Kye has already described why SA:MP can be mistaken by an Anti-Virus/Spyware program as a Trojan, this issue is then SOLVED. No need for further discussion as far as I see it.
