Some admins use them to show messagee like: "English in mainchat!" etc. So if you use them in such a way, nobody is going to have a problem with it. You use them on your own risk, if we deem te bind to be 'cheating' and you might be banned. But you could say we are quite reserved for banning someone for this reason.
