- Yes i do agree with that, but as Chillosophy sayd: 'We can't watch everyone with tuned cars!'. Also if we create a script tuned cars can't blow up, people will probably disuse it!

I believe sometimes modded cars don't sync, and i think it is not possible in this version of SAMP to detect a shot at a car. I'm not 100% sure

Yes, but as they driveby, there cash goes! And people who driveby a few times (5 I think) Get kicked
