From my point of view there are plenty of living creatures in the universe considering how big the universe is (immeasurable).  According to the recent research,canals have been found on the Mars, they are straight very long and arranged in a regular pattern,which means there could be water therefore life on Mars. The more we get the more we believe.

I believe that someday they will come to us even if we can't go them.

They have already visited us many times ;) You think these so called sightings are fake? ofc many are but there's also some that can't be explained so we are left to believe from what we know that it's aliens and like others have said it's likely we are not the only inhabitants in the universe so yeah :)
