Thats normal, even with the best PC it would lag. The video will be smooth though and the quality will be great aswell

Yeah, but you can't play good when you're lagging :/

First you need to record your gameplay using /record
after that open the demo file and use /cl_avidemo

Anyways: I now know how to do it \o/ I even did few cool shots, kinda trying to make a montage(if my inspiration wont go away).

Do what Jones suggested. Record a /demo, then record the demo with /cl_aivdemo 60, etc. etc.

However, you could try using DXTory. If you manage to find a full version anywhere on the net, send me a link or die.

I record the demo and after that use cod4player to see the demo and record it with fraps :)
