Clicky to find the best mods. Thats what I mostly use. Although I make some mods myself (except for weapon and cars)

Back when I used to mod, I'd use gta-worldmods.de.

I don't know if it's any good now, it's been a couple years since I last went on it. I used to get some really nice stuff from there.
