Keep in mind they work with different codes/standards then other country's. I don't know with wich codes/standard Peru works?

Your going to need to do a lot of "shit" for it. As far as i know, your best luck is to transfer as an exchange student to make life easier. But in my opinion, make sure you have a family member in America thats been living here for 5+ years or else your not going anywhere.
