you fool i got them but i dont know how to use them, anyways i think i solved the problem found a converter that convert it with out making quality bad

Thanks hitman trying it out now, mine still failed -,- 1 fraps file works but when i add like 5 to make 1 quality sucks.

What file format is the original video in and what format do you want to get it to?
Video editing programs are not the best for re-encoding video so that's why you haven't had any luck with them.
