Well didn't Jay/the dev team create something where you can punch players, but it doesn't effect them? That's very useful. Also, if the jail cell is too small you can always make one, but that brings another problem with too many objects.
Unless of course you create a simple one, but if you were to make a building type one, with an area for players to /visit and such, then ye.

There are currently six jail cells, and from what I've seen it's rather are to have more than six people jailed. What do you guys think about creating something that will separate the inmates into the six cells? If there are more than six inmates we can put the overflow on the island.

Agreed, the island was fun for about 5 minutes.
I haven't been jailed for a few months (for true!) but if I played I'm sure I'd miss the old jail more.
