Kye doesn't really have any power over it. He never had permission to make an MP for GTA in the first place, that's why he has to make his creations free. So if people make a game and call it IV:MP, then he can't do anything. He has no copyright.

Nobody released something to the public yet, so it's impossible to pick your favorite yet
But if the video in this topic was from Four-MP, I'd say they are closer to some early public releases then IV-MP and IV:Multiplayer.
And being the first could be: becoming the most popular mod. Unless it really sucks.
