I only use TBP when I can't find the movies on the private torrent sites, they fined TBP like £5 million but whats that gonna do? A few months worth of revenue generated from the site is probably more than that.

Plus this news is 2 days old.
do you have to pay money for a member ship for those private sites. The Pirate bay owned i loved it got most of my music from there

Re: Long Live The Pirate Bay - FarePak - 04-19-2009

@cloakster: Yes torrents do have majority of music/games/movies ect, since they usually start from the most hard to get in private torrent sites, but some older torrents die out due to lack of downloads then people will eventually stop seeding them since they don't get anything if they do keep on seeding, so I can give you that one that theres more to download via. RS, but don't really care about bandwidth since I always get full speed anyway, plus it annoys me when theres 10 links to download with RS then when you download like 9 of them and 1 of the links is deleted or something similar.

@weeyin: No you don't need to pay, you just need a invite in, there are torrent sites going up to level 10 which is pretty much impossible to get in sites, down to the public torrent sites which is obviously "public".
