Getting IV to work is a bitch- installing it takes 30-60 minutes and then setting it up from there takes another 30-60.

LoL ouch unlucky, maybe downloading the latest GFW live client might help, there should be a link to it before you load the game up.
This game is so fucked up, I bought the game on steam but I cant even play it on steam as I get some error, I have to do deep into the system files just to find the socialclub launcher and start the game there.
