You can get the icons like that, if you don't install the sa-mp font in C:\Windows\fonts\, if I'm not mistaken :) Don't blame ATi (hell, my X1600Pro is running fine), they can't fix this, and I experienced the same on a nVidia card (MX440)

I have a crappy GeForce FX Go 5300 with 64MB.

But...I'm already saving to buy me a brand new (DTR) laptop in the next couple of months.  8)
