I Think PS3 has Best Graphics But only My opinion
Then Xbox-360 Then -PC
PC best for MP though On X-BOX
But Boring LVP Has Best Game-mods and structure

When you have a good computer. Example :like Thug's.
PC is the best with grafics and runs it smoother.
And i love the mouse/keyboard > Joypad
PS3 is better than Xbox offcourse. Nothing about the Xbox is better than ps3(Ring Of Death ftw)

IV does run like ass on PC, only due to poor optimization.
but aside from this crappy port, PC>console always.
And keyboard + mouse is 10x better than any controller

I think getting high quility games on PC is pointless unless you have a good computer.
Just buy the game for the Xbox or PS3 so you can really enjoy the game without any lag.

The PC is brighter, so you can see more. However you can really see the shine on the helicopter on the 360. The PC mentioned did have better specs than the 360 though.
