They were...MultiPlayers, that's why they're on the list.
But they both failed miserably. Bounce was a bit like GTA 2, you had to have the IP to join, there was no browser, so only friends could join. Rumble had only a couple servers when I tried it, and only way to join servers was with a web browser.

Oh yeah yeah yeah Bounce was actually awesome, too bad it lagged too much, and it got removed at GTAGarage, I assume for the reason I mentioned
