Excellent idea JUTD! The problem I've had is that some people don't know enough english to use the /PM or /CALL function when we try to tell them how. Is this command active now?
Another option would be to set up some bot commands in different languages that could be called up on command. We can usually figure out where the player is from, and what language they are speaking. Something like !port or !rus or !pol would give a message, in that language, like "Please use /PM [id] or /CALL [id] to speak Polish (or whatever)".

This idea would work perfectly. And then if you are not sure which language they are speaking, then you can use JUTD's idea.

Maybe we could get a command that only sends the announcement to the players that aren't speaking English, instead of everyone.
