It's not that ... afaik and, without sounding racist myself (which i'm not) Monkey's are from the jungle, obviously, and racist nazi extremists like XiZ assume that people of black ethnicity originated from the jungle. Using the word "Monkey" as an insult towards people of colour has long been around.

He isn't racist, he is just trying too hard to keep the hc4l monkeys theme alive here after the Abbot & Costello were kicked over board.
