Few things I loved about Black Ops from this thread:

Optimization for PC, making it better for/on lower pc's, + we know that it's not gonna be another shitty port! yay
VAC+Steam is always great to go with, VAC means minimum amount of hackers
Global Persistent Stats, Profiles means I can finally reinstall windows, and not loose the stats, also less stat hackers I guess
Mod Tools - not sure what it is, but modding is essential for PC community.
PC Features - some great features, such as MOTD, server banners, new server browser and of course console with kick/ban commands etc.

No “Public Server Files” - meaning that no cracked multiplayer, other than that I don't like the idea that people should buy the servers from others, when they can host it on their dedi, meaning they have no choice. This will kill some communities. Big minus for a CoD game, this is not fucking battlefield.
GameServers.com Exclusive - they are making money already? This is ridiculous
Leaderboards - Let the stats whoring begin!
Full feature support - not really a minus but! they have a bit too much now, I don't like games that are complicated or has too many features, but once you get used to it, it's alright. Drifting to battlefield again, ranked, unranked, ffs!
