Maybe it's a fake pretending to be him? I mean he was apparently away right? Reading the thread it seems a bit too convinient timing... and lurking and then signing up just to say that in the most public forums?...Seems more like what an enemy would do than an absent friend who never uses these forums... No, the thing is, 4rjan left the clan.
He changed his name and removed the tag earlier today. 
That's probably why he is saying it.

He left because Sylor wasn't nice to him, i understand him completely i would never be in a gang if one member just said bad stuff about me all day long. I will take actions against this, if he become a bigger problem i will take the harsh decision of kick.
