Games are far more entertaining when they have a good amount of movement and are open, but I don't find watching the games to be as entertaining as I used to (which even at that point, wasn't very much at all). Same goes with some other sports. The opening game was decently enjoyable, but this Argentina/Nigeria one was boring.
What makes the diving worse is that the refs, instead of booking them like they should do, they blow the whistle and give the diving side the free kick / penalty.
If you watch a derby match (best would be a Merseyside Derby or Glasgow, or even Liverpool vs Man U (though they're getting boring lately)) then there are actual violence like we used to enjoy, where players would hit the ground but we'd enjoy it! And players got booked in style.
The Argetina vs Nigeria game was shit. The only bit of entertainment was watching Maradona on the sidelines. Maxi Rodrigues played okay though.

not bad match Argentina wasn't that good but they just wants the 3points and they did it
meh it was their first match but could have been 4-1...they showed potential but vulnerable at defending.

I saw too much indecision in Argentina's attack, Messi didn't "steal" the show as expected... Funny thing is today was the first time I ever saw him playing in real life, as well as Rooney, that's why I'm waiting for England vs. United States
oll:Anyway, the match was overall boring compared to what most people wanted to see, Higuaín missed 2 or 3 clear shots, and at the end Nigeria was close to tie the game. Also, let's not forget Nigeria's goalkeeper, he did a very good job stopping most (Messi's) shots.
Now it's time to sit down and wait for U.K. vs. U.S.

Haha can't believe U.S.A.'s goal, but that's football... I think England has more chances but meh nowadays anyone can win. Second half started now!
