Or send him to madrid for Ronaldo or for Benzema + cash or for Higuain + cash
The creativity and scoring ability rooney usually provides usually works but not this season. So take what we can for him.
I can see Bale becoming like the young Michael Owen. I just hope he doesn't shit on Tottenham by going on holiday when his contract's about to run out, get sold for a lot less than he's worth and then gets wasted on a bench in Spain and eventually goes to a big rival.
As for underestimating Napoli, I know a lot of people from Liverpool are thinking we'll win by like 6-0 even those who aren't in denial about our problems, however I'm not blind about the danger they pose. However I think we'll win but the last 9 times I've said that we've lost (embarrassingly) so I won't say that again.

A child and a woman got attacked. They didn't start any shit. It always happens when an English team goes over to Italy and fuckall gets done about it. If it were some Italians stabbed in England we'd all be kicked out of Europe for 6 years or if WE were just as bad (e.g. Heysel disaster) but when it's us getting attacked the FIFA shrug it off.
