Normally the lowest PlayerID, gets the lowest MinigamePlayerID. For example, in /race5 You've got four cars, the lowest playerid always spawns at the left. Now this is random, so it is more fair!

The random positions in the race:

Previous, the races used to be sorted on playerID.
Which means: If you have ID 0, you are always in the first vehicle, if you have 99, you are always in the last vehicle.

So, its now randomized, so you can get in any vehicle.
