I think you have to learn to aim a little better When I first came here, I sucked Right now, I improved a lot.
As said before, use a sawn-off shotgun or a uzi/tec9

I used to play Red Alert 2 alot, and i used to have Skype on too. My experience tells me to disable Skype, it creates much less lagg!!!!

Furthermore, it could be ur distance to the server, slow computer or bandwith intensive applications which are activated, disable them before playing GTA-SA!

And dont download anything

Skype doesn't use much bandwidth, but it uses much connections at the same time.
So it could slow you down a bit.

I have a proplem always when i shoot at people they dont die but when they shoot at me i die.....
But it arent cheater its by all people....

look if you wane play good withe no crash then dont have any programs on i was have it 1 time i was on internet search for something end it was take 10min so i was wane go play sa-mp end evreytime i was play like 3min my game crasht.
try it maybe it work.
