Suspected Reason: I was just playing a challenge and my game crashed when I logged in : Banned for health cheats??! please help me

I was just playing a challenge, the guy i was playing with (his name was [KQ]apophis  or something) was lagging really badly, and he had a sawnoff shotgun and an uzi?! For one or another reason I didn't loose health, he did but please help me!!! I would never cheat!!!  please unban I don't know what happened, I love this server!!!! please hurry I want to play again!! please help me,  :'( :'( :'( :'(
