[Idea] Keep weapons for 5 minutes after crashing

Just like the way Properties are restored when you log back in, I think this should happen for weapons as well. But if a person is logged off for more than 5 minutes then the weapons should dissapear.

I say this because it is annoying to get random crashes and on top of that you lose your hard earned cash that you spent on weapons.
