According to the swiss website, the PC version of Rockstar's title will be made available starting the 30th of November this year.

-Thank you for the information Scotty we will be sure to check it out. We are unsure when the PC version of the game will be released as we are only technical support and do not receive information on the matter. I would suggest keeping an eye on www.rockstargames.com for any information. (possible confirming it)

-This is an illegal way to play the game. We have not yet officially released the game for the PC so we cannot give you any support on a cracked version of the game.(once again possible confirmation)

Rockstar and 2K Games are both parts of Take Two Interactive, you have corrected the right company.

The PC version of GTA IV has not even been announced for release and is still in development so is not about to be released on a website we have no knowledge of. Have you got another version of GTA? There are other versions that are available on-line, the list are below, could it be one?
GTA
GTA 2
GTA 3
GTA Vice City
GTA San Andreas

If it's not one of these and it is (somehow) a Pc version of GTA IV, you can see why we would like to know the website address
