With a proaccount you can use /bank and /withdraw and /balance everywhere.
You need at least 1 pluspoint for it. You can get a pluspoint after each 10 hours ingame playtime, you can use /mystats to check that.
Each pluspoint, with a maximum of 20, rewards you with a higher bank limit, 20 mil for each pluspoint.

Yes, 50.000. It has changed, a while ago.. don't remember the exact date

Ehm, I don't know actually. All I know about the money is that there will be an entirely new value for it. Pluspoints might be a good part of it, I think it will be. Automatic on your hours too instead of bothering admins with it

The 50k price is introduced about 3 months ago I think.
The price of ramping was way 2 high for what you got. So we, or... I , decided to lower the price, and so it happened
