/world doesn't work

The /world command is working but if i try /world setspawn it says "You've to be in a virtual world" And if i /teleport to an user in a virtual world i will go to the place where he is, but in /world 0

Jay: Fixed bugs with /world not detecting you as actually being in a world.
Jay: Fixed a bug with /unlock (It actually locks the vehicle again instead of unlocking it, typo)
