Forum Theme?

That one is pretty much this one but more blue.

Because it's plain and simple and SMF's default. Always been like this, and won't be changed soonish.
LVP Theme will come some day, but not yet.

That theme is way to dark, and the grapics sux http://rebelrose.com/newtheme/smf/index.php?theme=32

Just stick to the current one (and ofc the LVP 3.0 one in the near future)
