Hey were are the best tutorials for photoshop? Ones for begginers?

About the online Photoshop:
Would be cool if it's online so I could use it on my work. But the internet connection isn't super duper here so I don't know if it's going to work.

Well it would be lightweight if it's suitable for Photobucket users, most of which probably newbs. It won't be very advanced, so I'm guessing just brushes and stuff. Maybe a few filters
