I guess SA-MP 0.2, because its a detection problem.

I wonder what are the x,y,z coord's of the player when they try to /buyweapon again, compared to the old, successful ones! Maybe there's some strange quantum force pulling the player away??

It's an area, a little bigger than the checkpoint afaik.
