Extra notes: When i went downstairs a friend of mines who was playing on lvp with me downloaded a hack; [i believe it was called v0gelz or something] anyway when i got back i couldnt connect to the lvp server because it said iw as banned. I talked to slein and Peter which told me that my account was my responsibility. Im sorry for cheating, but im asking for an unban because the whole situation is confusing.

Your computer is and stays your responsibility, no matter what. You apparently trusted your friend enough to be on your PC long enough to find a hack for SA-MP, install it and play with it on Las Venturas Playground, which turned out to be wrong. I'm sorry, but cheating is a lifetime ban, and that is what will be applied here.
